Terms & Conditions

The Wash Pass allows for unlimited car washes each month with a maximum of one wash per day.
We reserve the right to modify program and pricing as needed.
Memberships may be cancelled at your request. No credit will be given for partial period.
Car washes are limited to the car listed on enrollment form. Must have tag attached to windshield. Removing tag damages it and owner will be charged for replacement.
Please contact us if there is a change in car ownership.
Replacement tags are available for $5.00 and must be purchased when change car or replace windshield.
By enrolling in program, I agree that credit card provided will be charged each month for plan chosen.
I agree that I waive any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of monthly charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
No other discounts permitted.

Payments

Until the pass membership is cancelled by either me or Splish Splash Auto Bath, I agree for each subsequent month, Splish Splash Auto Bath will charge my card on the subscription date of each month.

In the event that my card expires or its use is limited by the issuer, and if Splish Splash Auto is unable to charge the card in accordance with these payment terms, I will renew card or provide Splish Splash Auto Bath with a different card. If I do not, my pass will be cancelled.

I also agree, Splish Splash Auto Bath will not be held responsible in cases where the car wash is closed for any reason.

Eligibility

Only personal vehicles may obtain a pass.

Cancellation

I may cancel my pass at any time. I agree to do so in writing and forward to address listed above. Upon receipt of written cancellation, my pass will be deactivated and no prorations will be made.

Tag Installation and Removal

My Unlimited Wash Pass Tag will be installed by Splish Splash Auto Bath. If I elect to cancel, I will remove tag from my car

How To Use Free Vacuums With Unlimited Plans

Pull up to either pay station with vehicle that is registered with the Unlimited Plan
After pass is read by system, “Add On” prompt will appear. Allowing Unlimited Plan subscriber to add ceramic ($3 upgrade) and opt in for FREE VACUUM. Select all that apply.
After FREE VACCUM add on is selected, Press “No more Add Ons”
Your request will process and a receipt with the FREE VACUUM code will print out.
After your wash, you will have 1 hr to use the FREE VACUUM code. On the vacuum keypad, enter the code that is on your wash receipt and press enter. FREE VACUUMS will be active for 6 mins. Additional time can be purchased at the vacuum for an additional $1.50
Repeat this process as many times as desired while subscribed to an Unlimited Plan. Plan members can receive 1 FREE VACUUM code a day.
